Newcomer girlgroup Rainbow has gone up to the #1 spot for broadcast hits, surpassing senior singers like Baek Ji Young, Park JinYoung and 2PM just 1 month into debut.
According to Air Monitor, Rainbow’s debut hit ‘Gossip Girl’ is #1 on radio hits for the week of December from 7th till 13th December for being played 58th times, rising up 4 spots from 5th position the previous week.
At #2 is Park Jin Young’s ‘No Love No More’ with 54 plays, and #3 is Baek Ji Young ‘Don’t Forget’ with 53 plays. #4 goes to 2PM with ‘Heartbeat’.
The group just debuted a month back on 12th November and a title song ‘Gossip Girl’.
Meanwhile, the members of the group will start appearing on variety shows, and not just music shows. Member Jung YoonHye took part in SBS ‘Quiz’ filming previously on 13th December.
